Your Role

As our Workshop Manager, you will:

Oversee all workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow, exceptional service quality, and a safe, organised environment. You will be responsible for managing service delivery to both Prestige Cars Kent customers and Jaguar Land Rover customers, maintaining excellence for our loyal Prestige customers while building a premium experience for Jaguar Land Rover clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and thrive in a hands-on leadership role.

• Lead Operations: Oversee all workshop activities, ensuring efficiency and excellence.

• Collaborate: Work closely with the service reception team to prioritise jobs and manage workflow effectively.

• Drive Quality: Ensure repairs meet Jaguar Land Rover's rigorous standards while maintaining top-tier safety practices.

• Motivate the Team: Inspire, engage, and manage a high-performing team with clear communication and regular meetings.

• Streamline Processes: Strategize to boost productivity and align operations with company goals.

• Handle Documentation: Oversee warranty paperwork and assist with claims to maintain compliance.

What You Bring

• Proven Leadership: 2+ years in workshop control and 1+ year managing a team.

• Technical Expertise: 3+ years of mechanical knowledge with the ability to guide and support the team.

• Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is essential.

• Team Spirit: A hands-on approach to leadership, with a commitment to fostering collaboration and success.

Your Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

• Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: Weekends are yours to enjoy.
